Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 25, 2011 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Maersk Agency, USA Inc., a subsidiary of A.P. Moller Maersk,
Customer Service Division, Charlotte, North Carolina. The worker
group also consists of on-site leased workers from Rexx.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-81,012) filed on October 25, 2011 that is the
subject of an ongoing investigation for which a determination has
not yet been issued. Further investigation in this case would
duplicate efforts and serve no purpose; therefore the investigation
under this petition has been terminated.
