an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 30, 2011 on behalf of workers of Staffmark, working
onsite at Briggs and Stratton Corporation, Poplar Bluff,
Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-80,460) which expires
on December 2, 2013. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
