Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on August 18, 2011 by a state workforce official
on behalf of workers of Symantec Corporation, Enterprise Product
& Services Group, Encryption Engineering Division, including
remote workers from across the United States, Mountain View,
California. The worker group on whose behalf the petition was
filed is covered under an existing certification (TA-W-74,810A)
which expires on April 20, 2013. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
