Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 11, 2011 on behalf of workers of Gray Interplant Systems,
Inc., working on-site at Caterpillar, Inc., Large Systems
Division, Mossville, Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-71,725 which expires
on November 6, 2011. TA-W-71,725 was amended on October 4, 2011 to
include leased workers from Gray Interplant Systems, Inc.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
