amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a petition
filed on August 8, 2011 by three workers on behalf of workers of
Flextronics, International, USA, Inc., Infrastructure Division,
Foot Hill Ranch, California. The worker group on whose behalf the
petition was filed is covered under an existing certification
(TA-W-80,158A) which expires on July 29, 2013. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
