Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 4, 2011 by a company official on behalf of leased workers
from Manpower, Inc. working on-site at Westpoint Home, Inc.,
Greenville, Alabama.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-75,125 and TA-W-
75,125A) that expires on April 12, 2013. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
