Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 1, 2011 by a one-stop operator on behalf of workers of
Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc., Global Services/Supply Chain
Management, reporting to Malvern, Pennsylvania, Youngstown, Ohio.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-73,158A which expires
on March 11, 2012. The certification for case number TA-W-73,158A
was recently amended on September 14, 2011 to include Siemens
Medical Solutions USA, Inc., Global Services/Supply Chain workers
working off-site throughout the United States, reporting to
Malvern, Pennsylvania.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
