Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 27, 2011 by three workers on behalf of workers of Eastman
Kodak Company, Electrophotographic Print Solutions, including on-
site leased workers of Adecco and Datrose, Spencerport, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-74,813 which expires
on February 18, 2013. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
