Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 19, 2011 by a one-stop operator on behalf of workers of DST
Output East, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of DST Systems, Inc.,
South Windsor, Connecticut.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-74,649) which expires
on November 5, 2012. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
