Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a petition
filed on behalf of workers of Klaussner Furniture Industries,
Milford, Iowa.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-70,989B) that is
applicable to workers and former workers of Klaussner Corporate
Services, Inc., also known as Klaussner of Iowa, Milford, Iowa,
who became totally or partially separated from employment on or
after June 2, 2009 through August 26, 2011 and all workers of the
same group threatened with such separation from August 26, 2009
through August 26, 2011. As the workers covered by the immediate
petition were either separated or threatened with separation due
to the scheduled plant closure on August 20, 2011, the Department
determines that workers covered by TA-W-80,293 are covered by TA-
W-70,989B. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
