Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 24, 2011 by a company official on behalf of workers of Dex
One, also known as Dex Media Services LLC, RH Donnelley, and BDC,
Cary and Morrisville, North Carolina (80,252); Phoenix, Arizona
(TA-W-80,252A); Santa Monica, California (TA-W-80,252B);
Englewood, Colorado and Lone Tree, Colorado (80,252C); Chicago,
Illinois (80,252D); Overland Park, Kansas (TA-W-80,252E);
Dunmore, Pennsylvania (80,252F); and Bellevue, Washington
(80,252G).
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-80,215) filed on June 3, 2011 that is the subject of
an ongoing investigation for which a determination has not yet been
issued. Further investigation in this case would duplicate efforts
and serve no purpose; therefore the investigation under this
petition has been terminated.
