Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May, 31, 2011 by three workers on behalf of workers of Tecumseh
Products Corporation, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The three workers that filed the petition do not belong to
the same worker group. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
