Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 18, 2011 by a State Representative on behalf of workers of
Colville Tribal Construction, Nespelem, Washington.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-76,562, as amended)
which expires on May 20, 2012. Further, the petitioning worker
group has indicated that they wish to be served under TA-W-76,562.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
