Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 6, 2011 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers of
Cognis Corporation, 5051 Estecreek Drive, a subsidiary of Cognis
Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Cincinnati, Ohio (TA-W-80,157). The
petition investigation was expanded by the petitioner to include
workers of Cognis Corporation, 4900 Este Avenue, a subsidiary of
Cognis Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Cincinnati, Ohio (TA-W-
80,157A).
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
