Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 26, 2011 by state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Invensys Operations Management, formerly known as Invensys
Process Systems, Irvine, California. The worker group also
includes on-site leased workers from CDI Corporation.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-71,196A which expires
on December 9, 2011. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
