Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 18, 2011 on behalf of workers of Wellpoint, Inc., d/b/a
Anthem, Enterprise Provider Data Management Team, Mason, Ohio.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-74,895L which expires
on January 12, 2013. The certification for case number TA-W-74,895
was recently amended on March 30, 2011 to include "Doing Business
As Names" and other company locations including Mason, Ohio.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
