Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 1, 2011 by The Graphic Communications Conference of the
International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 146P, on behalf of
workers of World Color Mt. Morris II, LLC, a subsidiary of Quad
Graphics, Mt. Morris, Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under existing certification TA-W-73,441F that expires on
September 27, 2013. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
