Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a petition
filed on February 15, 2011, by the United Steelworkers Local
8781, Union City, Tennessee, on behalf of workers at American
Food and Vending, Union City, Tennessee.
The investigation revealed that the petitioning workers are
covered by an existing certification (TA-W-75,252A; issued on
April 6, 2011). Accordingly, the investigation has been
terminated.
