Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 11, 2011 by three workers on behalf of workers of
Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., EIT/TSS/Application
Configuration Support Division, Hartford, Connecticut. The
petition states that the workers are engaged in the supply of
"EITSM Application Configuration Support" (ACS).
The investigation revealed that the worker group is a part
of an identical work group covered by a pending investigation
(TA-W 75,165). Further investigation would serve no purpose;
therefore, the investigation has been terminated.
