Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 22, 2010 by the State Workforce Office on behalf of
workers of Emerson Transportation Services, Division of Emerson
Electric, including workers located throughout the United States,
Bridgeton, Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-74,525) which expires
on November 19, 2012. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
