Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by a
company official on December 14, 2010 on behalf of workers of
Foxconn/PCE Technology, Inc., workers on-site at Dell Products LP,
Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under existing certification TA-W-72,575 that expires on
March 1, 2012. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
