Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 10, 2010, by a State workforce official, on behalf of
workers and former workers at vCustomer Corporation, 4040 Lake
Washington Boulevard, Kirkland, Washington and a remote office at
1520 E.37th Avenue, Spokane, Washington.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by a pending
investigation applicable to workers and former workers of vCustomer
Corporation, 4040 Lake Washington Boulevard, Kirkland, Washington
and 1520 E.37th Avenue, Spokane, Washington (TA-W-74,954).
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation under this petition has been
terminated.
