Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 7, 2010 by a company official on behalf of workers of RR
Donnelley, Crawfordsville, Indiana.
The investigation revealed that the workers are covered by
an active certification: RR Donnelley, Prepress Digital Imagining
Unit, Book Group, including on-site leased workers from Manpower
Temporary Services, Crawfordsville, Indiana (TA-W-74,945B).
Consequently, an investigation would serve no purpose; therefore,
the investigation has been terminated.
