Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed
on December 6, 2010 by a company official on behalf of workers of
RR Donnelley, Willard, Ohio.
The investigation revealed that the workers are covered by
an existing certification: RR Donnelley, Prepress Digital
Imagining Unit, Book Group, including on-site leased workers from
Spherion of Mid-Ohio Employment, Willard, Ohio (TA-W-74,945A).
Consequently, an investigation would serve no purpose; therefore,
the investigation has been terminated.
