Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 30, 2010 by one worker on behalf of workers of Hachette
Book Group, Boston, Massachusetts.
The investigation revealed that an insufficient number of
workers filed the petition. Accordingly, the petition has been
determined to be invalid and the investigation has been
terminated.
