Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 23, 2010 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Hewlett Packard Company, Personal Systems Group, workers on-site
at multiple locations and teleworkers across 36 states,
headquartered in Houston, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-73,102) that was
amended on December 10, 2010 and that expires on March 2, 2012.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
