Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 23, 2010, by three workers of Sara Lee Bakery, a
subsidiary of Sara Lee Corporation, Bellevue, Nebraska. The
petition states that the workers are engaged in the supply of
support services and that the services were outsourced to the
Philippines. The petitioners further states that "this was the
same issue as TAA Decision 71529."
The petitioning worker group is covered by an amended
certification (TA-W-71,529A; Sara Lee Corporation, Bellevue,
Nebraska) which expires on January 13, 2012. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
