an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 22, 2010, by a company official on behalf of workers of
Triangle Suspension Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Marmon Highway
Technologies/Berkshire Hathaway, Triangle Springs Division, DuBois,
Pennsylvania.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
