Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by a
company official on November 15, 2010 on behalf of workers of HAVI
Logistics, North America, Lisle, Illinois.
A determination issued on September 3, 2010, regarding workers
of HAVI Logistics, North America, a subsidiary of HAVI Group, LP,
including on-site leased workers of Express Personnel Services and
the La Salle Network, Bloomingdale, Indiana (TA-W-74,545) was
amended on November 19, 2010 to extend coverage to the workers of
HAVI Logistics, North America, Lisle, Illinois (TA-W-74,545A).
Further investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and
serve no purpose; therefore the investigation under this petition
has been terminated.
