Certification Regarding Eligibility
To Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance

In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended ("Act"), 19 U.S.C. § 2273, the Department of Labor
herein presents the results of an investigation regarding
certification of eligibility to apply for worker adjustment
assistance.
The group eligibility requirements for workers of a Firm
under Section 222(a) of the Act, 19 U.S.C. § 2272(a), are
satisfied if the following criteria are met:
(1) a significant number or proportion of the workers in such
workers' firm have become totally or partially separated, or
are threatened to become totally or partially separated; and

(2)(A)(i) the sales or production, or both, of such firm have
decreased absolutely; and

(ii)(I) imports of articles or services like or directly
competitive with articles produced or services supplied by
such firm have increased; and

(iii) the increase in imports described in clause (ii)
contributed importantly to such workers' separation or
threat of separation and to the decline in the sales or
production of such firm.

The investigation was initiated in response to a petition
filed on November 9, 2010 by a company official on behalf of
workers of iLevel by Weyerhaeuser, Residential Sales and Supply
Operations Divisions, in the following locations: teleworkers
across Washington, and workers on-site in Federal Way (Olympic
Office Center and South Building only), Spokane, and Tacoma,
Washington (TA-W-74,849); teleworkers across Alabama (TA-W-
74,849A); workers on-site in Phoenix, Arizona (TA-W-74,849B);
teleworkers across California and workers on-site in Carlsbad,
Fontana, Fresno, Irvine, Long Beach, National City, Sacramento
(Freeway Site Only), Santa Clarita, Stockton, and West
Sacramento, California (TA-W-74,849C); teleworkers across
Colorado and workers on-site in Henderson, Colorado (TA-W-
74,849D); teleworkers across Connecticut (TA-W-74,849E);
workers on-site in Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida (TA-W-
74,849F); teleworkers across Georgia and workers on-site in
Dacula and Duluth, Georgia (TA-W-74,849G); teleworkers across

74,849GG); teleworkers across Vermont (TA-W-74,849HH); workers
on-site in Richmond, Virginia (TA-W-74,849II); teleworkers
across West Virginia (TA-W-74,849JJ); and teleworkers across
Wisconsin (TA-W-74,849KK).
The workers provide services related to sales,
administration, warehousing, distribution, lumber
transportation, and lumber preparation.
This determination does not include workers at four
iLevel by Weyerhaeuser facilities that are covered under the
following, active TAA certifications: Federal Way (Corporate
Headquarters), Washington (TA-W-73,303); Sacramento,
California (TA-W-73,871); Greenwood Village, Colorado (TA-W-
73,869), and Boise, Idaho (TA-W-73,445).
The investigation revealed that workers of iLevel by
Weyerhaeuser, Residential Sales and Supply Chain Operations
Divisions, who are engaged in employment related to sales,
administration, warehousing, distribution, lumber
transportation, and lumber preparation services, meet the
criteria for certification.
Section 222(a)(1) has been met because a significant
number of workers have been separated over the relevant
period.
Section 222(a)(2)(A)(i) has been met because the sales
and/or production of lumber and related products and services
by iLevel by Weyerhaeuser have decreased absolutely over the
relevant period.
Section 222(a)(2)(A)(ii) has been met because U.S.
aggregate imports of articles like or directly competitive
with the lumber and related products produced by iLevel by
Weyerhaeuser have increased over the relevant period.
Finally, Section 222(a)(2)(A)(iii) has been met because
the increased U.S. aggregate imports contributed importantly
to the worker group separations and sales/production declines
at iLevel by Weyerhaeuser, Residential Sales and Supply Chain
Operations Divisions.
Conclusion
After careful review of the facts obtained in the
investigation, I determine that workers of iLevel by
Weyerhaeuser, Residential Sales and Supply Operations
Divisions, at the listed locations, who are engaged in
employment related to sales, administration, warehousing,
distribution, lumber transportation, and lumber preparation
services, meet the worker group certification criteria under
Section 222(a) of the Act, 19 U.S.C. § 2272(a). In accordance
with Section 223 of the Act, 19 U.S.C. § 2273, I make the
following certification:



"All workers of iLevel by Weyerhaeuser, Residential Sales
and Supply Operations Divisions, in the following
locations: teleworkers across Washington, and workers on-
site in Federal Way (Olympic Office Center and South
Building only), Spokane, and Tacoma, Washington (TA-W-
