Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 8, 2010, on behalf of workers of Journal Register
Company, Morning Star Division, Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
On November 16, 2010, the Department issued a certification
applicable to the petitioners (TA-W-74,770A; Journal Register
Company, Morning Star Division, including on-site leased workers of
Express Employment Professionals, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan).
Therefore, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
