Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 3, 2010 on behalf of workers of Bank of America, Los
Angeles, California.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The Department determined that the petitioner was a former
worker of the firm. A petition must be filed by a group of three
or more workers, by a company or public agency official, by a
representative from a One-Stop operators or partners (including
state employment security agencies and dislocated worker units)
or by a union or other duly authorized representative of such
workers in order for a petition to be valid.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
