Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 19, 2010 by three workers on behalf of workers of HomeEq
Servicing, Raleigh, North Carolina.
The investigation revealed that the workers, who are
engaged in activities related to loan servicing, are covered by
an existing certification (TA-W-74,610) Ocwen Loan Servicing,
LLC, North Highlands, California, including workers whose wages
were reported under HomEq Servicing, Raleigh, North Carolina;
issued on November 23, 2010. Consequently, an investigation would
serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation has been terminated.
