Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 29, 2010 by three workers on behalf of workers of Los
Angeles Daily News Publishing Co., Pre-Press Division, San
Bernardino, California. The petition states that the workers
are "ad builders for newspaper prepress department for Los
Angeles Newspaper Group" and are located at 4030 N. Georgia
Boulevard, San Bernardino, California.
The investigation revealed that the petitioning worker group
is covered by an existing certification (TA-W-74,673; issued on
November 8, 2010).
Further investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and
serve no purpose; therefore the investigation under this petition
has been terminated.
