Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 27, 2010, by a One-Stop Operator on behalf of workers of
International Business Machines (IBM), Global Technology Services
Delivery Division, including off-site teleworkers, Boulder,
Colorado (IBM).
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-73,593) which expires
on September 16, 2012. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
