Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 8, 2010 by a company official on behalf of field service
workers of Thermo EGS Gauging, Inc., Wilmington, Massachusetts.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-70,711) which expires
on October 9, 2011. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
