Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 8, 2010 on behalf of workers of International Game
Technology, Corvallis, Oregon.
A determination issued on May 18, 2010, regarding workers of
International Game Technology, Corvallis, Oregon (TA-W-73,477) was
amended on November 10, 2010 to extend coverage to the workers of
Product Assurance at the Corvallis, Oregon location of
International Game Technology. Workers in the Product Assurance
group for which this petition is filed are covered by the amended
certification.
Further investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and
serve no purpose; therefore the investigation under this petition
has been terminated.
