Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 13, 2010, on behalf of workers of HealthPlan Services,
Tampa, Florida.
The petitioner indicated in Section 1 of the petition form
(Petitioner Information) that she is a company official; however,
the investigation revealed that she is not a company official.
Further, the signatory's name in Section 4 of the petition form
(Affirmation of Information) does not match the petitioner
information.
The Department has determined that the petition filed on
behalf of workers of HealthPlan Services, Tampa, Florida to be
invalid. Accordingly, the investigation has been terminated.
