Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a Trade Adjustment
Assistance petition filed on August 11, 2010 by a company official
on behalf of workers of Hanesbrands, Inc., Oak Summit Complex,
Weeks Operations Division, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
The subject worker group is part of a larger worker group that
is covered by an on-going investigation (Hanesbrands, Inc., Weeks
Operations Division, Winston-Salem, North Carolina; TA-W-74,507).
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
