Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 8, 2010 by a Michigan state workforce official on behalf of
workers of Holcim (US), Inc., North Region Terminal Operations
Division, Chicago Summit Terminal, Summit, Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-74,498) which expires
on September 16, 2012. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
