Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 9, 2010 on behalf of workers of Hallmark Cards, Inc., Kansas
City, Missouri.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The Department determined that the petitioner was a former
worker of the firm rather than a One-Stop operator or partner. A
petition filed by workers must be completed and signed by three
workers. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
