Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 29, 2010 by the United Steelworkers Local 746L on behalf of
workers of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Tyler Plant, Tyler,
Texas.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because the petitioner failed to sign and date the
petition. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
