Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 25, 2010 by an official from Unite Here, Local 1034 T on
behalf of workers of AGY Holding Corporation, Huntingdon,
Pennsylvania.
The petitioning group of workers is under an existing
investigation (71,032) for reconsideration. A determination for
this reconsideration has not yet been issued. Further
investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and serve no
purpose; therefore the investigation under this petition has been
terminated.
