Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 25, 2010 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Diversco Integrated Services, Worldcolor Division, a subsidiary of
Diversco Integrated Services, Dyersburg, Tennessee.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-72,781 as amended to
include the Dyersburg facility) which expires on May 14, 2012.
Consequently, this investigation has been terminated.
