Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated on June 16, 2010 in response to a
worker petition filed by the Pennsylvania state workforce on behalf
of workers of EDS, an HP company (re-branded as HP - Enterprise
Services), including virtual workers across the United States,
Plano, Texas.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification, TA-W-72,519 as amended, which expires on February 4,
2012. Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve
no purpose, and the investigation under this petition has been
terminated.
