Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 7, 2010, by a One-Stop Operator on behalf of workers of
International Business Machines Corporation, Global Technology
Services Business Unit, Integrated Technology Services, Cost and
Expense Team, including off-site teleworkers, including on-site
leased workers from Datrose, Inc., Armonk, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-71,248) which expires
on July 31, 2012. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
