Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 3, 2010, by three workers on behalf of workers of General
Motors, Warren Technical Center, Warren, Michigan. The workers
supply internal engineering services in support of vehicle
manufacturing.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification (TA-W-72,121) which expires on April 30, 2012.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
