Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 1, 2010, by three workers on behalf of workers of HSBC
Household Beneficial, Huber Heights, Ohio.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because two of the workers' separation dates are more than
one year before the date of the petition. Therefore, the
investigation has been terminated.
