Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 28, 2010, by three workers on behalf of workers of Cameron
Surface Systems, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because the workers' were separated more than one year
before the petition date. Therefore, further investigation in this
case would serve no purpose and the investigation has been
terminated.
