Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 10, 2009 on behalf of workers of Freescale Semiconductor,
Inc., Quality Division, including on-site leased workers from
Manpower, Austin, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (Freescale Semiconductor,
Inc., Networking and Multimedia Group, Austin, Texas, TA-W-71,551A)
which expires on June 17, 2012. The certification was amended on
August 3, 2010. The Quality Division is part of the Networking and
Multimedia Group. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
